In May, Governor Mills announced a bond package proposal that included $30 million to support the Land for Maine’s Future program (LMF) over the course of three years. Unfortunately, the Legislature adjourned in June before voting to send any bond proposals to the ballot box this November. Legislators may return to Augusta in a few weeks to consider bonds, including LMF. They need to hear from you today!
Please send your legislators a message using our form below asking them to urge their party leadership to support at least $40 million over four years for LMF and $10 million for State Park infrastructure improvements.
Please take a moment to personalize your message.
Thank you for contacting your legislators in support of the Land for Maine's Future program and Maine's State Parks.
